How do I unblock my IP address?

If you have entered the wrong password too many times, our firewall will block your IP address to protect your account from malicious activities. Fortunately it's now very easy to unblock your IP address by following our short guide below.

  1. Please login to your client area: https://clientarea.jshosts.com/clientarea.php
  2. Click on the Support link, just like you would when opening a support ticket.
  3. Now click "Unblock IP Address" and you should see a form to unblock your own IP address.
  4. Check that your IP is correct and if not you can simply change it.
  5. Click the button "Check for IP Block and Remove" and wait a minute until it checks our servers.
  6. If your IP address was blocked, you should get a message to confirm your IP was unblocked.
  7. Please try to access your website or cPanel account and hopefully you will have access. If not then please contact us and we can look into the issue for you.
